live in an area with cloudy weather, try to get away often and go
somewhere you can enjoy the sun. Reasons to go outside are easy to
find: practice sports, go fishing, take a walk, mow the lawn.

2. Involve yourself.

An active life leaves little time for depression. When you
constantly and repetitively analyze your problems, negative feelings
tend to dominate your mood. Getting involved in inspiring activities is
sure limit the times when you feel sorry for yourself.

You might be depressed because you failed to hit a milestone in your
quest toward a goal. Try immediately to pursue that goal, or if it has
become unattainable, find a different one to seek.

3. Relax.

Relax your mind and your body. When depression starts swirling
around you, change your focus to something pleasant. It could be a
person, a place, something near you or even an old memory. By using
this technique, you can clear your mind of negative feelings.

4. Eat well, live well.

Reduce your intake of alcohol and caffeine. After their momentary
effects are gone, you will only feel worse and will become addicted.
Exercise is always good - so try it. The better shape you are in, the
more self-esteem you’ll have. It will lead to happiness.

5. Socialize.

It might seem difficult to get out of the house and be happy around
others, but it is likely the best way of getting over depression.
Socializing is key for all of us. Consider it fun, not an obligation.
Choose friends that have made you feel better, and reconnect with them.

A troubled Mind relative to emotions


You know what? If a person could dictate what he could feel or to
make it more elaborate if we can dictate what we should feel, would
that be much better for all of Us? Does it make us a better person or
should I say are we still human?

On Basic Concepts the Science of Psychology if I May recall,
Emotions are merely a trigger of Elctrons or neurons or whatever it is
called in the nervous system, I might say its an anomaly that dictates
the behaviour of some of our organs. if it is so why is it so hard to
comprehend? that when you feel pain though you are not physically
wounded? what is this? For me these so called emotions are still a
mystery sometimes I wonder why we have one? and then you could hear
someone say “you’re are not human you can’t feel anything”… naaah I
would be glad if the so called emotions did not exist…

Anyways its just like it I’m stressed now and YES depressed. and if
I have a choice of what and what I cannot feel it would have been
great, Unfortunaltely I can’t. I did’nt have enough rest for a couple
of months lets say I could sleep several hours a day, not to mention
the pressures that comes in your way, person who is important to you
often times misunderstood you and now left you alone… haaaaah.. seems
like the world becomes more heavier all you ever just wanted was a
little more time and understanding, and for that

I can’t do anything about them, but one way or the Other I need to
be relieved and I can’t think of other Options but this… Writing well
this is my first time doing this hope I doing good…. well it doesn’t
matter anyways…

I’ve always been fond of gaming to forget things but Gaming has been
a Normal Habit for me so it does not have Any effect plus it minus your
budget.. hehehe

One Way or the Other I must find new ways to relax my mind
